Let Bandy’s Pumpkin Patch host your next birthday party, company party or private event. We have 4 different party packages to choose from! Times are only available in 2-hour slots for Party Packages A, B, and C. This allows for 15 minutes set up and tear down time before and after your scheduled party time. You can book one 2-hour slot or two back-to-back if you will need more time. Just double the price for a 4-hour party. Corn Maze and Corn Cannon tickets are not included in any party package but are sold separately and can be purchased the day of the event. Hayride and Play Barn tickets may be purchased separately or on an individual basis. Hayride tickets are $1.50 each and Play Barn Tickets are $5.00 per child ages 12 and under. Our hayride wagons will comfortably hold between 25-30 people. If your party requires more than one wagon ride, there will be an additional $25.00 charge. If you need sticks for roasting, please bring your own or we have disposable sticks available for sale in the concession stand for $5.00 for a bundle of ten sticks or .50 each.
We have upgraded our private party areas! Both of our private party fire pits have brand-new fire rings and a 12'x16' pavilion with upgraded electric. Each party area has a 10' long food service table with 8 electrical outlets built right into it! We now have the power to let each fire pit plug in up to 8 crock pots! Please, if you will need more than 8 crock pots, please consider bringing Sterno or other non-electric heating methods. Each fire pit will have four, 8' long picnic tables and one 6' long picnic table.
*Sorry but there are no piñatas allowed. There are too many full of foil-based confetti that make it nearly impossible to pick up in an outdoor setting and we want to keep our grounds free of litter. Thank you for understanding! Feel free to bring any games you like as long as they are safe and can be cleaned up afterwards!
*Unless you are a school field trip, 1/2 of the party price is due upon booking. Once you call to schedule you will be emailed an invoice for half of the amount of the party sent via PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to receive and pay our invoice and may pay with any credit card. The deposit must be paid the same day you book to hold your reservation spot unless you have called and made other arrangements with us. This amount is non-refundable and 100% of this deposit will be applied to your total balance. This applies towards the amount of the party package only and does not include the price of any extra services you may partake in the day of your party. In the event of rain, we do provide shelters. With 48 hours notice, or in the event of extreme/dangerous weather, the deposit price is refundable.
*We cannot take hayrides in the rain. If you have booked a private hayride that gets rained out for Package B or C, you will be refunded or have $25.00 subtracted from your remaining balance. Please see the office for refund.

You get a private fire pit for two hours. Sit back and enjoy the outdoors while we tend the fire for you. We supply the wood, picnic tables, benches, and a covered shelter with a propane grill with access to electrical outlets for crock pots and hot dog roasting sticks. This will be your personal space for those two hours, and you may bring in whatever food you desire. Roast hot dogs, marshmallows, S'mores or bring your biggest crock pot full of chili! When you schedule a private party at Bandy’s you can bring in your own food, drinks and treats, although we do have a fully stocked concession stand! No alcoholic beverages. *This package includes a private fire pit only. Hayride or Play Barn tickets are not included and can be paid for separately or by individual guests. Hayride tickets are $1.50 each and Play Barn Tickets are $5.00 per child age 12 and under.
You get a private fire pit for two hours including everything described above. In addition, your party will also receive a private hayride just for your group! The hayride is a 15-minute ride through the woods and then through the pumpkin patch! This year we are introducing an Accessible Wagon. Please let us know when you book if you will require this wagon. *This package includes a 2 hour private fire pit, 1 private hayride. Play Barn tickets are available for purchase for $5 per child age 12 and under.
This will be your best value if you have lots of little ones attending your party and you wish to offer the Play Barn to your party guests. You will get the fire pit for two hours, a private hayride, AND all-day admission wrist bands for up to 20 kids at your party to play in the Play Barn. Tickets to the Play Barn are $5.00 per child so if you have more than 10 kids at your party this will be the best value! If you will have less than 10 children or do not wish to offer the play barn to your guests, Party Package B would be your best option and you and your guests can purchase individual Play Barn tickets if you wish for your children to go in the Play Barn. *This package includes a 2hr Private Fire Pit, 1 Private Hayride, and admission for up to 20 children to the Play Barn) Over 20 children will be an additional $5.00 per child age 12 and under.
