Please call to discuss scheduled times for school field trips. It is our strict policy that we are only booking ONE school at a time for 2-hour blocks of time.  If you have a large field trip, over 150 kids, it is possible to book more than one time slot. Please note that while we are only booking one school at a time, we are still open to the general public, and groups such as group homes or unscheduled homeschools can sometimes show up unannounced. Timeliness is of utmost importance so that every school kid gets their fair share of time at Bandy's! Bookings are first come, first served. School field trip pricing is ONLY valid with a confirmed, SCHEDULED field trip; and only valid during the time of the field trip itself, subject to the scheduled group pricing. Unscheduled groups are subject to public pricing. *Please note, we cannot book field trips for schools or day-cares on Monday, Oct 12th as it is a three-day weekend, and we would not be able to provide the privacy and individual attention your kids would deserve.

DAYCARES:  

Due to rising fuel and operating costs, we are asking that you schedule no less that 20 kids per trip. We are prepared to handle up to 150 kids every two hours. Please combine your multiple field trips into one larger group so that we can open the schedule for other schools. In order to make sure public schools have better access to scheduling we are booking daycares only at the 11am-1pm and 1pm-3pm timeslots.  Daycare groups will be subject to meeting a 20-child minimum or pay a flat fee of $80 for your field trip. If your daycare has less than 20 children at the time of attendance, not at the time of booking, your field trip will be a minimum fee of $80.00. If there are more than 20 kids the $1 per child, per event group rate will apply. Pricing reminder: we offer discounted rates for our School Corn Maze only, which is designed as a short walk for the littles through the corn. If you choose to walk the full-sized corn maze instead of the school maze, it will be full price!

HOMESCHOOLS !!!  

We are a homeschool family ourselves. Due to logistics, and the rising cost of fuel and labor, we are forced to make some changes to our homeschool field trip policy. Homeschooling offers scheduling flexibility that public schools cannot; so we will only book homeschools at the 3:00pm-5:00pm time slot. This will prevent public school children from being knocked out of a trip to the Pumpkin Patch! That is what our business is about! The children- and we do not like telling schools our schedule is full when homeschools have flexibility to book later in the day. Due to the rising costs of fuel, and to avoid having to raise prices in general, we are establishing a minimum for homeschool field trips. Home schools can range from 2 children to hundreds, and this is the only fair way to make sure we can afford our operating costs no matter the size of the group!  If your homeschool has less than 20 children at the time of attendance, not at the time of booking, your field trip will be a minimum fee of $80.00. If there are more than 20 kids the $1 per child, per event group rate will apply. If you have less than 20 children, it may be in your best interest to not book a private slot and just come as the general public at full pricing. Pricing reminder: we offer discounted rates for our School Corn Maze only, which is designed as a short walk for the littles through the corn. If you choose to walk the full-sized corn maze instead of the school maze, it will be full price! Our field trips are offered at a GROUP PRICING RATE! Please understand that on booking you must choose your events for your group, and every child in your group will be the same price! Example: At booking, if you choose to do 4 activities for your group, each child in your group will be $4.00. Please relay that information to the rest of your homeschool families. We are staffed to move large groups in an orderly fashion. Your group must stay together and go through the activities as a group. In order to qualify as a field trip you must be prepared to meet these requirements just like the public schools do. Our homeschool field trip group pricing only applies to children age 12 and under- all other attendees are full price.
